Growing up in Texas surrounded by country music and cowboy boots, having parents who listened to disco was a welcome reprieve.  Eventually, Dmitri came across the New Wave genre when his dad gave him a Black Celebration cassette.  He was instantly hooked and discovered the FM station KCGL after moving to Salt Lake City, and was hooked.

Host of The Newer New Wave Show, responsible for music programming, and general care-and-feeding of the station, you can hear Dmitri on Now Wave Radio taking requests and playing your favorite modern alternative music.
